Welcome to Indie week!
It is no secret; I am passionate about supporting country and equine brands, in any way I can. I love to learn about their back stories too; there is always an interesting tale to be told.
So with it being Indie week this coming week (23rd -27th November 2020) I thought I would share some of my favourite brands with you. (If you are unsure of what Indie week is; it is a week dedicated to supporting small independent shops you can find out more here.) Each day, for Indie week I will be sharing a blog post dedicated to one of my favourite brands. I would love it if you went and found them on social media and gave them a follow!
I have six brands that I am going to share with you all. They are;
Lucie’s Lambs – Lucie Trapp, founder of Lucie’s Lambs. Lucie’s Lambs is a small family run partnership. We aim to provide high quality, tasty lamb boxes reared to Pasture For Life Association principles.
Jo McKinney Artist – Jo McKinney is a British Contemporary Animal Artist and Designer of country inspired homeware.
Country Mouse – Country Mouse has a strong belief that our customers deserve to have the best natural fibre products which we can source. Whether that’s a wool throw, alpaca socks or a woollen jumper.
Pesky Partridge – Our products are all made on our farm in Nottinghamshire using top quality Yorkshire/ Harris Tweed, organic cotton and other loveliness we can get our hands upon! We source as much as possible from the UK and use local businesses.
Willow and Twigg – My name is Kelly; I make handcrafted artisan jewellery using silver, sea glass and semi-precious stones.
Nouvelle Habit – Odette hand makes beautiful, hand made, waxed cotton riding skirts.
I hope you will love learning about these amazing brand’s as much as I have. I also hope, I have also given you a little bit of inspiration for some Christmas shopping too!
